Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the control you keep over it.
The short version
We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus basic technical data from your visit.
We use it to respond to you, deliver what you signed up for, and keep you updated if you asked us to.
We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
You can unsubscribe, opt out of texts, or ask us to access or delete your data at any time.

3. How We Use It
To respond to inquiries and route booking, partnership, and program requests to the right team member. To schedule and conduct calls, and to follow up with relevant information and resources. To deliver products, programs, events, replays, and community access you purchase or register for. To send emails and, only with your express consent, text messages about events, tours, webinars, releases, and offers. To keep records of consent and opt-outs and honor them. To improve our site, content, and offers, and to protect the Services from fraud and abuse. To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, under obligations to protect it and use it only for our purposes. These include providers of:
- Website hosting and form handling (for example, Vercel and Google Workspace).
- CRM, sales pipeline, and marketing automation (for example, HighLevel).
- Scheduling and video meetings (for example, Cal.com, Calendly, Google Meet, and Zoom), including AI note-taking and transcription tools.
- Email and newsletter delivery (for example, Substack) and text message delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf. If 19Keys is involved in a reorganization, merger, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction under this Policy.
5. Recorded Calls and AI Tools
Some calls are recorded and transcribed to improve service, train our team, and keep accurate notes. We use AI tools to help draft follow-ups, organize notes, and route inquiries. These tools work under our direction, and no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you without human review. You may ask that a call not be recorded.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our site and its providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure traffic, and understand which content and offers are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and some features may not work as intended without them. If we use advertising pixels, you can limit interest-based ads through your device settings, your social platform ad settings, or aboutads.info/choices.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it. Consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to document your choice and honor it, including after you unsubscribe, so we do not contact you again. Transaction records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes.
8. Your Choices and Rights

California residents may request to know, correct, or delete their personal information and to opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information and will not discriminate against you for using your rights. Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information.
- Visitors from the UK and EEA may also object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to their local data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps you request before one, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls on the systems that store form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
