1. Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from 19 Keys LLC / HIGH LVL Agency at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm you are the account holder or an authorized user of that number and are at least 18 years old.

When you opt in, you will receive this confirmation: "You have successfully opted in to receive text messages from 19 Keys LLC / HIGH LVL Agency. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

2. Opting Out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not unsubscribe you from email; use the email unsubscribe link for that.

3. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we may end or change the program at any time.

4. Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled under the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and 19 Keys LLC, operating with HIGH LVL Agency ("19Keys," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to 19keys.com, its sub-pages and short links (including /consent, /epk, and redirect links to related 19Keys pages), and any form, checkout, event, program, booking, or communication that links to these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services or submit any form.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit forms, make purchases, enter booking or partnership discussions, or enroll in text messaging. If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. The Services and Connected Platforms

19keys.com is a hub. Many links lead to connected platforms, including Ziion (ziion.io), High Lvl University, Supermind (asupermind.com), the 19Keys Substack, Shopify-powered checkouts, and other 19Keys-affiliated pages. Each platform may have its own terms and privacy policy, and those apply when you use it. We may add, change, pause, or remove any part of the Services at any time without liability.

4. Information You Submit

Our forms include booking inquiries, partnership and program applications, text message opt-in and opt-out, newsletter signup, event registration, and discovery-call scheduling. When you submit a form, you agree that:

• The information is accurate, current, and yours to provide, including any phone number, which must be one you own or are authorized to use.
• We may store it in our customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, spreadsheet, and email systems and use it as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may contact you by email about your submission. If you request a call, booking, consultation, or discovery session, a member of our team may call or email you to follow up on that request.
• Submitting a form does not create a booking, partnership, enrollment, or contract. Only a written confirmation, signed agreement, or completed checkout does.

5. Communications and Consent

Email. If you subscribe or submit a form, we may send emails related to your request, our events, programs, releases, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Text messages. Text messages are sent only to people who opt in through a form that clearly asks for that consent, such as 19keys.com/consent. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. Full SMS terms appear in the SMS Terms section.

Calls and meetings. Discovery calls, consultations, and partner meetings may be recorded and transcribed, including with AI note-taking tools, for quality, training, and follow-up. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us and we will not record.

6. Purchases, Programs, and Payments

We offer digital products, books, replays, webinars, hackathons, memberships, events, consulting, and premium programs (for example, the Creator Growth partnership). For any purchase:

• Program agreements control. If a program, event, sponsorship, or booking has its own order form, invoice, or agreement, that document governs it, and these Terms fill any gaps. If the two conflict, the specific agreement wins.
• Pricing. Prices are shown at checkout or in your proposal and may change before you buy. Promotional pricing and codes apply only as stated.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by third-party processors and, where offered, third-party financing providers. We do not store full card numbers. Financing is provided by the financing company under its own terms, and approval is not guaranteed.
• Refunds. Refund eligibility, if any, is stated on the checkout page or in your program agreement.
• Where nothing is stated, fees for digital products, replays, delivered sessions, and services already performed are non-refundable. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access.
• Access. Program access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

7. Events, Tours, and Bookings

Tour dates, cities, speakers, and itineraries are planned and subject to change. Booking 19Keys for speaking, panels, podcasts, retreats, or appearances is governed by a separate engagement agreement and the 19Keys booking standards. Base rates listed on the site are starting points, not offers.

Media at events. Our events and appearances are filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to our use of that footage and imagery, which may include your likeness, in our content and promotion, without compensation. Where a space is marked as no-filming, we will honor it.

8. Educational Purpose and No Guarantees

Content, frameworks, webinars, hackathons, and programs are for educational and informational purposes. Results vary and depend on your effort, circumstances, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any income, growth, audience, business, or financial outcome. Testimonials and examples are not typical or promised results.

Not professional advice. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or mental-health advice. Discussions of wealth, ownership, or opportunity are educational and are not an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment. Consult a licensed professional before acting.

9. Intellectual Property

The 19Keys name, key logo, High Level Conversations, High Lvl, Keyism, and related marks, along with all site content, frameworks, recordings, writing, designs, and media, are owned by or licensed to 19Keys and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Services. You may not copy, republish, resell, clip for commercial use, or create derivative works without written permission.

Press kit. Photos and bios in the 19Keys Electronic Press Kit (19keys.com/epk) may be used only to promote a confirmed or proposed 19Keys engagement, interview, or feature. They may not be altered beyond cropping or resizing, used to imply endorsement, or used in unrelated advertising. Photographer credit must be given where requested.

10. Your Submissions and Feedback

You keep ownership of anything you submit. By submitting ideas, feedback, questions, or community content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to operate and improve the Services. If a question or comment you submit is featured publicly, we may reference it without compensation.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or another person's name, email, or phone number.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit forms, scrape content, or access the Services.
• Interfere with site security, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate 19Keys, our team, or our community.
• Use the Services for spam, unlawful activity, or infringement of anyone's rights.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

We link to platforms and businesses we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 19 KEYS LLC, HIGH LVL AGENCY, AND THEIR OWNERS, TEAM MEMBERS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU PAID NOTHING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 19Keys and its team from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or information you submit that is false or not yours to provide.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 19 Keys LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at 19Keys@19Keys.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Any unresolved dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on 19keys.com, and continued use after posting means you accept them.

18. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only.
